Lemon Meringue Protein Shake

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons nonfat cottage cheese (Doesn’t matter if it’s small or large curd)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar-free lemon pudding mix
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 ice cubes
pinch of stevia
1 tablespoon nonfat whipped topping
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Calories: approximately 186
Protein: 23 grams
